The SINTONIA implementation will be guaranteed through the implementation of three different WPs, to be managed within the 15 months of project implementation:

IGITEGO will act as general coordinator, setting up guidelines and coordinating the administrative, quality and financial review of all project activities.

WP2 - Concept development and application preparation (Definition of good practices research, creation of concept, funding review and project writing) - This WP includes all actions that will set the basis for the development of the project concept and final application, starting from a review of the most interesting good practices, and arriving to the creation of a project concept (validated through interviews with target users), and final application.

WP3 - Impact and Dissemination (Partnership enlargement, final event) - This WP includes all actions aimed at enlarging the network of the involved organizations, presenting the results of the Seed Funding action and disseminating the collected good practices. Since the delivery of the application will not be a last step for this partnership, but the first action that we plan to conduct together in the next years, this WP will be fundamental, since it will set the basis for a wider impact and sustainability of our action

Roles and responsibilities among partners

Tasks are split in a way to allow a fair and balanced distribution among all partners, and active participation of all. By taking part in all project activities, partners will develop a sense of ownership towards the seed funding proposal that is essential to guarantee full exploitation and sustainability also beyond the project lifetime, setting the basis for future cooperation within the context of a new proposal.

Even when direct participation is not foreseen, partners will still participate in the decision- making process taking part in the 2 transnational meetings and monthly virtual meetings. The division of roles and responsibilities has taken into account the Partners’ areas of expertise, which is essential for the successful delivery of the project.

IGITEGO will coordinates the project, designing the project management guidelines, the financial guidelines, sharing partnership agreements and acting as the main referent for the realization of the activities. It will also participate in the realization of all other activities envisaged by the project, contributing to the quality, exploitation, the dissemination in Sweden.
